The first app created to maintain optimal long-term health by monitoring the four main pillars of health, enhancing an overall well-being.

GOAL
The aim of the app is to shift focus from short-term health goals, that could be dieting just to lose weight, to a long-term wellbeing. We provided an user-friendly app that tracks all key aspects of personal health, educate users, and motivate them to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
RESULTS
By consolidating various health-tracking features into a single app, we've created a unique offering that stands out in a saturated market. Coupled with a modern and uplifting communication strategy, our approach promotes positivity, enhance the user experience and a day to day engagement.

This section offers tailored recommendations for the best type of activity based on user needs and goals. The app can schedule and record user’s workouts and, with smartwatch synchronization, it can provide accurate activity data for automatic recording and personalized program adjustments.

The app calculates ideal sleep hours based on user info and goals, providing optimal bedtime schedules aligned with their daily routine. Users can record sleep sessions for detailed feedback and access data on sleep duration and quality. Smartwatch synchronization enhances accuracy without manual recording, offering more detailed insights.

In this app section, users can discover optimal macronutrient distribution for meals. It provides a detailed lists of suitable foods for each macronutrient, prioritized based on user preferences, with information about its benefits and advantages.

Through user tests, this section identifies the user's most needed micronutrients, suggeting foods or supplements. Daily supplementation can be monitored and personalized based on choice or app recommendations. Detailed info cards for each supplement aim to educate users about their targeted micronutrient.
